Now I have the privilege of working with people intimately on what matters to them the most. I have experience with anxiety myself which keeps me honest and practical as we work through it with my clients. I help people understand themselves, and increase their tolerance to experience all their emotions, so they can be the creators of their own peace and confidence.
Once you know how to create your own inner peace and balance, you do not have to be afraid of losing it and are free. There is plenty of space for change and growth but unless one learns to have confidence as they are where they are, all the change will stay on the surface and feel temporary. Anyone familiar with the yoyo dieting, waiting for the other shoe to drop, “they’ll soon find out they made a mistake”, “I did it once but that was all by chance” mindset?
